Who we are
Dropout Softwash & Window Cleaning is owned by Caleb Brown. We started in 2023 and have been serving local families since then. Lately a lot of that work has been soft washing, but professional window cleaning is still a big part of what we do.
How we work
Safe for your home
Houses get soft washed, not blasted. Low pressure and cleaning solutions remove dirt, algae, mold, and mildew without forcing water behind your siding.
Eco-friendly solutions
The cleaning solutions do the work, so there is no need for brute force.
The right equipment for glass
Windows are cleaned with a XERO RO/DI water-fed pole system. Purified water means spot-free drying, backed by years of cleaning experience.
